Pectic Enzyme - Removes haze caused by pectin in fruits or berries usaed in making your beer, wines, or meads.  Mix 2 tsp with cold water and add to 5 - 6 gallon of product. If for some reason you heat your beer or wine over 150° wait for it to cool to add this to your wine or beer or the batch not be consumable.
