Planting Directions:  Sow as early in spring as ground can be worked with soil temp. 55° to 75 ˚.  Incorporate generous amounts of organic matter into the soil prior to planting. Grows best in soil of moderate fertility. Can be started indoors 8 weeks before last frost. Sow seed 1/4” deep, thin plants to 8-10” apart.  Plant every 2 weeks in spring and again in late summer, early fall for a continuous supply of salad greens.  Less bitter if grown in cool weather of spring or fall. Harvest as soon as the outer leaves are of usable size. Either cut off the outer leaves or cut entire plant to soil level.
