Planting Directions:  Plant outdoors after all danger of frost has past in a sunny location in soil that has been worked thoroughly and is low in nitrogen. After sowing the seed press lightly into the soil but do not cover. Best soil temperature for germination is 55˚. May be started indoors in sterile seed starting mix with soil temperature of 55 to 65˚. Germination usually occurs in 15 to 30 days. Transplant when seedlings are well established. Space plants 12” apart in a sunny location in northern areas and in areas where summers are hot, plant in afternoon shade. Grows best in moist, well drained soil.
